Spellbinders Shadow Box Tutorial

Hello friends - thank you for stopping by! Today I have a tutorial to share for Spellbinders - sharing an adorable project I have created using the Shapeabilities Tiny Shadow Box  from the  Flower Garden by Sharyn Sowell.  How cute is this project!

'Shapeabilities Tiny Shadow Box Etched Dies Flower Garden by Sharyn Sowell is a set of six dies to create a 3.50 x 2.50 x 0.60 in. (8.60 x 6.30 x 1.40 cm) sweet shadow box by folding on the score lines and adhering the tabs together on the Box and Frame Dies, and then assemble. Also comes with several etched die accents'. - Spellbinders

1. Cut/emboss one box using patterned paper.
2. Cut/emboss one frame also using patterned paper.
3. Fold the scorelines on both the box and the frame.
4. Glue the tabs and put the box together - adhering each tab onto the next side panel - securing each corner.
5. Fold the frame tabs inwards, glue the back of each tab and secure the frame onto the front of the box. Ink around all edges of the frame using brown ink and a sponge dauber.

6. Tie kraft twine around the base of the succulent.
7. Adhere the succulent onto the base of the frame using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Dodz.
8. Cut/emboss the ribbon using white card stock and glue to the top of the frame.
9. Adhere the sentiment sticker onto the ribbon.
10. Cut/emboss the medium flower using green card stock to use as leaves.
11. Cut/emboss the heart flower using white card stock, sponge the centre.
12.Pop the flower up onto the leaves using small 3D Foam Square.
13. Glue the layered flower to the left of the sentiment.
14. Add a double row of kraft twine around the lower portion of the frame, securing with a bow.
15. Add faux water drops using Pico Embellisher in Shimmer.
