You are Amaze-ing

Hello friends - I am sharing the third Mixed Media card I created using a recycled shopping bag.  As I mentioned in the other two posts I had talked with my DH about masculine cards and he told me that men like - I went into The Studio and got out some recycled images - shopping bags can be fabulous and I love reusing them - especially for masculine cards -you can see the first card HERE.... and the second card HERE.

I might add at this point - I have quite a number of these bags and look forward to using the images in different ways - they are very kool!

The embossed background has been created using Spellbinders Em-bossing Fold'ers Grid 4.25 x 5.5 in Single Sided.  Such a great folder and the texture it gives - I have sponged the embossed area using light blue ink.  The card front has been popped up onto a pre-cut card base using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares.

The image has been coloured using Chameleon Pens.  I have used a White Gel Pen to add light highlights.  The background has been stamped randomly using Spellbinders Seth Apter Spatter Stamps and Imagine Memento Ink in Rhubarb Stalk This has been sponged around the edges using brown ink  and popped up onto the centre of the card front using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares.

The sentiment has been created using my P-Touch Label Maker and layered onto back card stock and adhered to the under the image using liquid glue.  The recycled corrugated cardboard has been adhered using liquid glue.  Washi tape has been added as an embellishment.
